Service: Supported Living / Supported Accommodation
Service Users: 16–18, looked after children
Qualifications
Required:
Level 5 (or working towards)
Experience in Years
Required:
Must have previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation
Employment Type: Permanent
The Homes- Number of Beds: Home 1 – 2 beds, Home 2 – 2 beds
- Location: SK10 & SK3
- Type of YPs: 16–18, looked after children
- Ofsted Rating: Ofsted regulated
- Ratio of staff to children: Small, manageable homes
- Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation for 16–18-year-olds
- Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
- Confident leading registration and inspections
- Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care 💙
- Strong senior leadership support
- HR, recruitment, and compliance backing
- Small, manageable homes allowing hands‑on leadership
- Earning potential: Up to £42,500
