Location: Multiple locations – Macclesfield & Edgeley, Stockport

Salary: Up to £42,500 💷

Working Hour: Full Time

Service: Supported Living / Supported Accommodation

Service Users: 16–18, looked after children

Qualifications

Required:

Level 5 (or working towards)

Experience in Years

Required:

Must have previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation

Employment Type: Permanent

• Number of Beds: Home 1 – 2 beds, Home 2 – 2 beds
• Location: SK10 & SK3
• Type of YPs: 16–18, looked after children
• Ofsted Rating: Ofsted regulated
• Ratio of staff to children: Small, manageable homes

• Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation for 16–18-year-olds
• Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
• Confident leading registration and inspections
• Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care 💙

• Strong senior leadership support
• HR, recruitment, and compliance backing
• Small, manageable homes allowing hands‑on leadership

• Earning potential: Up to £42,500
