A great opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker to join an experienced team at Greenways Assessment & Treatment Unit in Macclesfield, Cheshire which has been rated Outstanding by CQC.
Greenways is a purpose‑built 12‑bedded unit that caters for adult patients with learning disabilities. The CSW will be part of the staff team responsible for assisting in the physical and psychological care of patients.
The Trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.

You will be working with adults with learning disabilities as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team. Admissions are short‑term for people with learning disabilities and complex needs requiring a period of intensive assessment, treatment and/or therapy within an inpatient unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with colleagues and patients. Ideally you will have experience in a care setting with learning disabilities. As the ward is open 24 voda hours a day, 7 days a week, the 11.5‑hour shifts will include both days and nights (Days 07:30‑20:00 and Nights 19:30‑08:00).
