A Cover Supervisor manages a classroom during short-term teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons
, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students stay on task. There is no planning or marking required

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects (providing general cover)
• Deliver lesson plans provided by the school
• Manage behaviour and maintain classroom discipline
• Support students with their learning and engagement

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with young people or in schools
• Degree or equivalent is desirable
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups
