Client Relationship Team Member
Based in Macclesfield
Role Information- Full Time role

The firm is at an exciting stage. We’re a vibrant, progressive, and rapidly expanding law firm, and offer a great working environment with spacious open plan offices in Macclesfield.
The RoleWorking within the Client Relationship Team you will be the first point of contact for all new clients via our website adverts.
You will be passionate about providing the highest levels of service to our clients, have excellent interpersonal skills gained from a customer service background.
You will be working in a paperless office using up to date technology supporting solicitors who are based both in the office and remotely.
The role is varied and tasks will include (but not be limited to);
- Answering telephone calls and emails from prospective clients, capturing marketing information accurately.
- Inputting client information on the case management system, ensuring a strong attention to detail and that all data is accurate.
- Reviewing and collating client documentation
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing your time and maximising your availability to ensure all client queries are answered in a timely manner.
- Complying with the firm’s policies and procedures and undertake all instructions efficiently.
- Championing the firm, alongside our values and ethics.
- IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and an ability to present relevant information in a clear concise manner.
- Enthusiastic to learn
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to focus and follow processes correctly and consistently
- Ability to relate to people and build strong working relationships with clients with a passion for customer service
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- A professional manner and attitude
