With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

The Role As Sub-Contractors Quantity Surveyor - Multi-Trades , you will be responsible for:
Managing the commercial aspects of multiple joinery, fit-out and multi-trade packages Preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting Procurement and management of subcontractors Variations management and negotiation Monitoring project costs to ensure profitability and margin control Supporting project teams to ensure commercial compliance and efficiency Liaising with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders

This role offers a mix of office-based work in Cheadle and site visits across the North West.

The Ideal Candidate The successful Sub-Contractors Quantity Surveyor - Multi-Trades will have:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within joinery, fit-out or multi-trade subcontracting Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract administration Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent negotiation and communication skills A proactive, commercially astute approach Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team What's on Offer £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary Attractive benefits package Stable, growing business with a strong order book Opportunity to play a key role in a close-knit commercial team Long-term progression opportunities Apply:
