As a Business Developer at Mind Speaker, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with organizations, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups to expand the reach of Mind Speaker's assistive speech care tech solutions.
- Market Development: Conduct market research, identify opportunities, develop and implement strategies to position Mind Speaker as a leader in the assistive communication technology sector.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring Mind Speaker's solutions are tailored to address those needs effectively.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for Mind Speaker and its mission, participating in industry events, conferences, and forums to promote awareness and collaboration.
- Digital marketing campaign management
- Client onboarding and first line support / troubleshooting
- Issue logging and follow up (managing ticketing service)
- Track record in business development for technology scale up in the healthcare sector.
- Track record in effectively using modern sales & marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Webflow, Canva, Google Ads and popular social media advertising applications.
- Track record in effective communication via public speaking events and commercial deal closing.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, French and German.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment and willingness to travel.
Interfacing with agile development teams and issue logging and tracking (e.g., Atlassian, Trello, Jira).
