Een organisatie in de gezondheidszorg zoekt een praktijkconsulent in Limburg. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor huisartsen en ondersteun je hen bij praktijkvoering. Je onderhoudt relaties en vertaalt beleid naar acties. Vereist zijn HBO-niveau, minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de gezondheidszorg, en kennis van de eerstelijnszorg. Goed salaris conform CAO en ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Uren in overleg tussen 24 en 38 per week.
