Your Impact

As Home Manager at Windmill Lodge, you won’t just oversee a care home you’ll shape the heartbeat of a community. You’ll take full operational and clinical leadership of this 205-bed care village, ensuring every resident receives care that is safe, compassionate, and consistently excellent. Your days will be spent building strong, trusting relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare partners, restoring confidence in the service and positioning Windmill Lodge as the provider of choice in the region.

You’ll lead a large, multidisciplinary team, inspiring pride, ownership, and accountability at every level. Through your guidance, the team will embrace a culture where compliance and compassion go hand in hand, and where innovation and operational excellence are part of everyday life. Your commercial acumen and creativity will drive occupancy growth and sustainable performance, while your strategic vision will shape the home’s reputation and future.

Package & Reward
  • Salary up to £95,000 per annum (DOE)
  • 40% annual KPI-based bonus, linked to occupancy, quality, and operational performance
  • £10,000 Welcome Bonus (50% after probation, 50% after 12 months)
