As Home Manager at Windmill Lodge, you won’t just oversee a care home you’ll shape the heartbeat of a community. You’ll take full operational and clinical leadership of this 205-bed care village, ensuring every resident receives care that is safe, compassionate, and consistently excellent. Your days will be spent building strong, trusting relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare partners, restoring confidence in the service and positioning Windmill Lodge as the provider of choice in the region.

You’ll lead a large, multidisciplinary team, inspiring pride, ownership, and accountability at every level. • Salary up to £95,000 per annum (DOE)
