Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager with experience in overseeing invoice processing and BACS payments, to support the Head of Finance with audits, cashflow and investment appraisals! Someone who his analytical and can implement processes to help develop the business!

• Reviewing monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, VAT and HMRC returns etc
• Line management responsibility for team members, including coaching and mentoring
• The import of financial records and performing full reconciliation
• The completeness of monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
• Undertaking audits of business processes and lead preparation of audit packs at year end
• Preparation of analysis of VAT returns and other HMRC submissions

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified or equivalent with at least 2-year post qualification experience
• Tax/audit experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Driven, ambitious and keen to develop self and suggest improvements
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Great stakeholder management, ability to communicate with people on all levels

In return, the successful Finance Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 – £55,000, plus the following benefits:
