School Administrator - Secondary - Lytham St Annes
Humly is recruiting a School Administrator to join a secondary school on a 2-term basis.
This is a full-time role starting immediately and continuing for two terms. The role would suit a reliable and organised professional who enjoys supporting the smooth running of a busy school office and assisting staff, pupils, and parents with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Organise and maintain school records, files, and documentation
- Support staff with administrative tasks and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the school office
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and school events
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliability and attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
£14+ per hour
Important Information- Full-time school-based position
- Start date:
ASAP - Duration: 2 terms
- Enhanced DBS required (Humly can support with an Enhanced DBS at a cost to the educator)
