DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health‑care experience is not required!
ResponsibilitiesPatients come first. Build relationships with patients, continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Availability while the clinic is open.
Lead a team. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for our patients, teammates, and community.
Financial Management. Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budgets, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
Autonomy. Run your clinic with the support and guidance of your director, regional peers, and the greater company.

Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.

Associate’s degree preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Director or Regional Operations Director.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
Other qualifications may be considered at discretion of the Director or Regional Operations Director.
Strong collaboration skills, working with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned to business needs.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
The salary range for this role is $92,600 – $146,000 per year.
