DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health‑care experience is not required!

• Associate’s degree preferred;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.

• Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Director or Regional Operations Director.

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.

• Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).

• Other qualifications may be considered at discretion of the Director or Regional Operations Director.

• Strong collaboration skills, working with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned to business needs.

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The salary range for this role is $92,600 – $146,000 per year.
