Salary: $8493.33 - $9381.92 / monthly + benefits

Minimum Requirements:

• California Physical Therapy license
• Valid drivers license and automobile insurance (25/50k liability coverage)
• Clear background check through FBI & DOJ
• Current TB Test
• Access to a mobile phone & basic internet (if working offsite)
