• Assist under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist) by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure the procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure.
• Monitor the level of all instruments and supplies.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance‑improvement activities.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Support all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

• Previous experience assisting with scrubbing procedures and monitoring data, preferably in a Cardiovascular Lab.
• Cardiovascular technician training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and must be maintained current.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Proficient computer skills.

The current compensation range for this role is $36.56 to $45.00 per hour, with the exact amount determined at the time of selection based on skill set, experience, education, credentials and licensure.
