A community service organization is seeking an Intensive Case Coordinator in California to organize and document Child and Family Team meetings, assist families through the CFT process, and provide services in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience working with high-risk children or youth. Bilingual candidates in English/Spanish are preferred, and a valid California driver’s license is a must.
