Orange theory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching is looking for a motivated Member Experience Sales Associate to join our Lynnwood team. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming and supportive environment for guests while driving membership sales and retention.

• Deliver a superior member experience, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, supported, and informed.
• Assist new members in launching their fitness journey and provide ongoing outreach regarding membership status.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment.
• Provide sales and service to guests to help them set and achieve fitness goals.
• Strive to meet or exceed key performance metrics.

• Positive, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Experience of 1+ year in a similar role.
• Commitment to customer care and desire to help others live better.

• Pay: $19.50 per hour.
• Hourly employee; part‑time and full‑time slots available.
• Typical hours: 20‑40 hours per week (25 or more preferred).
