Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking a Sales Associate!

Job Type: Full-time Hourly/Non-Exempt

Training Wage: $16.66 - $18 / hr for three months ~ Paid Bi-Weekly!

Post Training wage: Continuous base pay of $16.66 PLUS uncapped commission!

With UNCAPPED commission
, you can make between 65k to over $120k per year!

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
• Become an expert in our products and services through training
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus
