:
Store Lead. - Pay Range: 41,600 - 50,000.
- Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles helpful.
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Success in training and developing new employees.
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
- You MUST have exceptional organizational skills.
- At least 6 months of supervisory/management experience.
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics store. (Helpful)
- A+ certification.
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) Helpful.
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
- Meets or exceeds sales/profit goals by embracing sales tactics and strategy.
- Maintains store staff by orienting and training new employees.
- Achieves financial objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing operational, and personnel policies & procedures.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Identifies clients needs and qualifies clients for sales of accessories and other products per our service agreements.
- Welcome customers in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining and ordering inventory.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices (phones, laptops, desktop PCs, gaming consoles).
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
- Provide estimates to a customer for repair, replacement according to problem diagnosis and repair/replacement recommendation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

Fix quality standards. - Employee reviews and evaluations.
- Regular and consistent work attendance is required. Excessive Absenteeism is not tolerated.
- Any other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
We re offering competitive pay between $41,600 to $50,000 annually with uncapped sales commissions. Our techs make an avg. of $3-$7 extra per hour in commissions alone.
