Lens Crafters – Part‑Time Sales Associate

Join Lens Crafters, part of Essilor Luxottica, a global leader in vision care. We combine state‑of‑the‑art technology with a personal approach to eye care. We are looking for a passionate sales associate to provide a world‑class customer experience in our store.

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Take pride in the appearance of store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.

Pay Range: $18.36–$25.69 per hour.
