• Ensures the delivery of timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to all external and internal customers at all times, resolving any customer service issues appropriately and competently.
• Operate as a front line manager focused on executing store functions through staff members.
• Help mentor and train a capable and hard-working team of Sales Associates, ensuring development of the overall store team.
• Assisting with supervision in accordance with company policies and procedures including opening and closing the store and front end coverage as assigned.
• Prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to others.

The hiring range within this store is $17.00 to $24.65 per hour. The full range of the position is $17.00 to $24.65 per hour.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
