A senior living community in Lynnwood is seeking an Assistant Engineering Director to join their Maintenance team. In this full-time role, you will assist in the upkeep of vacant units and ensure the maintenance of community areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and the ability to supervise staff.
