Provide maintenance to equipment and facilities including but not limited to HVAC, lighting, plumbing components, mechanical doors and general facility repairs;
Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on facilities systems;
Diagnose problems affecting the operation of facility equipment and develop a course of action for repair;
Document inspection activities and establish schedules for review of potential problems;
Perform safety inspections and work with the safety team.
