Alderwood Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 113-bed skilled nursing facility in Lynnwood, WA! Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.


* Need weekend coverage for admits along with weekdays*

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Current state of practice OT License.
