Examinees are required to wear PPE when taking the performance exam.
Includes the following:
- Gloves, eye protection, appropriate work shoes, or other PPE as your employer may require you to use on the job.
- Please bring your PPE.
- Stay home if you are sick or experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, sore throat, headache, chest pain, or loss of taste or smell.
Please come prepared to pass and participate safely in a group setting.

Examinees may use a standard calculator; cell phone calculators are NOT allowed.
IdentificationPlease bring a proper photo the exam. For the demographic sheet, examinees must know the last four digits of their social security number.
Changes to the Registration PolicyOnce registered, options include:
* No-shows will not be refunded or allowed to transfer to another exam date.
