Responsibilities / Role SummaryYOU DAY AS OUR Lynnwood Home Care Supervisor – Snohomish County
As the Lynnwood Home Care Supervisor, your days blend organization, empathy, and teamwork. You are the master of schedules, ensuring clients receive care precisely when they need it. You create a supportive environment for caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional, compassionate care with dignity. You will make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve and support our team in delivering high-quality home care.

- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
This is a full-time role based in Lynnwood, WA.
Typical schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Your contributions are valued in a supportive environment.
