Field Technician – Lynnwood

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented geotechnical Field Technician to join our Lynnwood, WA team. The Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in field testing and inspection of soils and concrete, with ACI certifications.

• Perform field and lab testing of soils, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications.
• Collect and record accurate data for engineering analysis and reporting.
• Perform quality inspections on concrete forming and masonry work.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed on job sites.

• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade I Certification (preferred)
• ICC Soils Inspector Certification (preferred)
• Additional ACI or WABO certs preferred.
• Experience with soil density testing, concrete sampling, and construction site inspections
• Understanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and local regulatory standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods
