Job Summary

We’re searching for a Sous Chef to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a Yard House restaurant, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality, great‑tasting food while creating a workplace our team members love.

Salary

$60,000 per year – $78,000 per year

Location

Lynnfield, MA

Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant’s daily operations to deliver a consistently high‑quality dining experience.
  • Develop and mentor the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
  • Implement and maintain systems, methods, and processes that support excellent execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Current, salaried management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
  • Stable job history indicating upward career and salary progression.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
