- We work Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends ’til 5 pm)

- Manage property operations independently across multiple locations.
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
- Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
- Assist customers with current payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
- Ability to transport or lift items up to 35 pounds.
- Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris.
Experience
:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation
:
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations and conduct related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
