Home Health Occupational Therapist; OT

Overview

Medicare-certified home healthcare agency looking for experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in multiple locations – Lynn and Boston area. This is a per diem position with flexible hours and visit work schedules.

Clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area to perform home care visits. This role offers an excellent reimbursement package and flexible scheduling.

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, and complete, and submit them in a timely manner according to agency policy.
• Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Evaluate and document the effectiveness and outcomes of care.
• Choose your preferred geographical area to do home care visits.

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• Current CPR required
• Valid state driver’s license
• Must have a reliable car with insurance coverage
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
• Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate

• Per diem position with flexible hours and visit schedules
• Pay $55-$85 per visit (routine/evaluation visits)
• Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
