Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
• Create and maintain data collection systems
• Provide in-class support and staff training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed through MA DESE
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
