Injury Prevention Specialist / Athletic Trainer
Full‑time position located in Lynn, MA. Hours are Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Competitive hourly pay of $26.43–$36.34. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities- Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and develop individualized improvement plans.
- Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
- Perform and document all employee treatments on site efficiently and completely, integrating coaching feedback for continuous improvement.
- Understand OSHA record‑keeping rules related to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proactively address discomfort through education and job‑specific coaching to eliminate injury risk.
- Assist with medical surveillance testing, clinic operations, and employee health education on wellness and disease prevention topics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.
- Other qualifying disciplines:
Associate’s degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Allied Health, or 2 years of experience in a military healthcare setting. - Discipline‑specific license or certification as appropriate.
- Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
- BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC (preferred).
