A community service agency in Lynn, Massachusetts, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role includes greeting clients, answering calls, assisting with applications, and providing general information about agency programs. This full-time, onsite position offers a supportive work environment and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
