Part-Time | Up to 28 hours/week | $18-$21/hour | Lynn, MA

We re looking for a caring and energetic Site Coordinator to lead our after-school program at Shoemaker Elementary. In this role, you ll create a fun, structured, and inclusive environment where every child can succeed—including those with disabilities or behavioral challenges. You ll support staff, guide daily activities, communicate with families and school partners, and make sure each day runs smoothly and safely.
The right candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate about helping kids grow. You should have experience working with school-age children and be comfortable leading a team. A background in education, child development, or human services is a plus, and CPR/First Aid certification will be provided upon hire.
