Job Overview:
The Service Sales Administrator at SS&E is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Service Sales Team and contributing to the overall customer experience with the Service Sales aspect of the organization. The Service Sales Administrator will be expected to maintain accurate data entry and assignment of all inter-company sales opportunities to the CRM software, assist with order tracking and updates, as well as consolidate all sales reporting functions for the Service Sales Team.
The Service Sales Administrator may also assist with proposal generation and customer communications on an infrequent basis and may assist with overall clerical and office reporting functions for the Service Sales Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign sales opportunities to respective Account Managers
- Enter sales opportunities to CRM software
- Perform basic customer service functions, to include answering telephone and email inquiries
- Assist with sales opportunity and order tracking with fulfillment updates as needed
- Compile sales reports and monitor CRM compliance for Service Sales Team
- Support customer communication and customer experience as it relates to the Service Sales Team
- Other duties as assigned to promote and ensure success of the company
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Servant minded and organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Experienced computer skills, and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Word skills.
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This employee must be available to work at least 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday, totaling a minimum of 40 hours each week.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related sales administration experience a plus
