Shifts: Days or Nights (rotating weekends)

Compensation: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)

~5 years: $33.00/hr

~10 years: $36.30/hr

~15 years: $39.60/hr

Differentials: +$4.00/hr (Nights)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)

Relocation: Case by case

We are seeking a Medical Surgical RN to join our team in Lynn Haven, FL. Nurses in this role care for complex surgical and medical patients, balancing critical thinking and compassion in a supportive and team-driven environment. Deliver evidence-based nursing care to surgical and medical patients.

Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor recovery.

Ensure patient safety and accurate clinical documentation.

Current RN license (Florida or Compact).

At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
