• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation.
