Position: E-commerce Software Sales Executive (SaaS) – Onsite | USA

Willowcommerce.ai is a fast-growing e-commerce intelligence and automation platform helping US-based online brands increase revenue through smarter insights, personalization, and performance optimization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven E-commerce Software Sales Executive with proven experience selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce businesses in the US market
. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our New Jersey office, working closely with leadership to scale Willowcommerce.ai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for US-based e-commerce and DTC brands
  • Prospect, qualify, and close inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demos with founders, CMOs, and e-commerce decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate product value tied to revenue growth, conversion optimization, and retention
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Share market insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy
Required Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of SaaS or software sales experience
  • Direct experience selling to e-commerce businesses
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, Big Commerce)
  • Knowledge of core e-commerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment
