Responsibilities- Process invoices from various locations for payment and maintain good relationships with stores and vendors.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling weekly/monthly statements and related transactions.
- Document all accounts payable transactions and create historical records by scanning documents.
- Manage intercompany transactions and monitor AP/AR balance.
- Manage the daily cash position to balance in-flow and outflows.
- Manage fund control and review trade and expense payables.
- Perform monthly closing (GR/IR clearing).
- Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation and compliance with qualified requests.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Experience in the related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Economic, or a related field
- Entry to experienced level in the field
- CPA license is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
- MON-FRI, 9:00am to 6:00pm
