Responsibilitiesbut not limited to:
- Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects.
- Identify required materials and perform detailed quantity take-offs for procurement.
- Coordinate permit and bidding documentation; prepare complete construction bidding packages.
- Process project-related payments, including those for outsourced services and general contractors.
- Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages.
- Draft preliminary CAD and millwork detail drawings as needed.
- BS/BA in Interior Designor Architecture Major or related field
- 2 to 4 years of related professional experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rhino, or 3D Max
- Excellent portfolio of previous works required
- Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
