Responsibilities- Develop, plan and deliver effective and high quality learning experiences for all students.
- Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students following courses they teach.
- Develop a quality Key Stage 3 syllabus, resources, curriculum plans, teaching and learning and assessment strategies within the department.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management, control and operation of KS3 provision within the department.
- Assist the Curriculum Leader for IT with the Departmental Development Plan and SEF in relation to Key Stage 3.
The IT department at Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy is a welcoming, dynamic team of dedicated teachers with excellent working relationships. We support all students to develop scientific knowledge and skills for future careers, offering a broad, well‑sequenced curriculum from KS3 to KS5.
