Painting and Blasting of equipment and assist in the Assembly of various pieces of equipment

• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Receive and communicate essential information, coordinate actions, obtain input, review open issues and action items, and contribute information to the team.
• Maintain shop equipment as needed for a safe working environment.
• Painting and Blasting of Equipment and machine products.
• Effectively manage an area in the shop and work well with others.

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

• Prior painting experience required
• Able to follow instructions and proactively retain information in training
• A sense of urgency and self-motivation
• Able to participate in a group planning environment
• Able to perform basic tasks including assisting with the assembly shop, measuring, use of basic shop tools
• Able to perform basic tasks including measuring, milling, and cutting with shop tools
• Ability to read blueprints and recognize symbols and specifications
• Both verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems
• Willing to work in the cold, dusty, and uncomfortable conditions
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, walk and perform repetitious movement
• Able to lift 30-40lbs, and not to exceed 50lbs

• $22-$30/Hr DOE
