The CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of concrete block, masonry products, and related materials to customer job sites, distribution yards, and other company locations. This position requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, safe loading/unloading practices, and exceptional customer service when representing the company at delivery sites.

• Safely operate company trucks (flatbeds, or other delivery vehicles) in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Load, secure, and unload block, hardscape, and masonry products using Moffett forklifts, or other approved methods to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Deliver materials to construction sites, contractors, and distributors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required paperwork.
• Assist customers and yard personnel with unloading when necessary, ensuring safety and care of products.
• Adhere to all company safety standards, including the use of PPE and compliance with OSHA and DOT guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle and ensure it is always in safe operating condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and yard staff to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
• Support yard operations when not on delivery, including loading/unloading trucks and general labor duties.

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred (experience in construction materials delivery is a plus).
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and logbook requirements.
• Ability to operate forklifts, or piggyback lifts (certification preferred; training may be provided).
• Strong attention to safety and detail in handling heavy and fragile building products.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and noise from heavy equipment.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, climb, and lift during loading/unloading and deliveries.
