Delivery Driver – Full Time.

This is an excellent Delivery Driver opportunity with full time impact on our NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division! Do you get excited about being out on the open road instead of in an office or store all day? Our Driver roles are for those who want to be outside serving customers, earning extra income, and exploring future career paths within NAPA.
What is NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS)? We manage parts so businesses don’t have to. IBS partners with companies that need on‑site assistance running a highly efficient parts department. • Delivering parts to our customers while building relationships.
• Picking up parts from multiple vendors and ensuring accurate stockroom inventory.
• Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Building long‑term customer relationships.
• Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checklists, cleaning, and basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder; stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and manage part returns.
• Experience maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups.
• Dedication to protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
