As a key member of our team, the Brand Ambassador is a knowledgeable adviser on vehicle selection, performance, accessories, safety features, and financing options for our new and used inventory. The Sales Consultant presents vehicles attractively and informatively to promote sales and maintains ongoing customer relationships for repeat business.

• Help customers locate/select vehicles and options best suited to their needs.
• Explain vehicle features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives responsibly.
• Negotiate sales ethically and clearly.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately.
• Explain vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements during delivery.
• Stay current on promotions, financing, value-add products, and industry trends.

Support during training is available. Skills in CRM, phone, internet, and social media are essential.

• Good communication skills, proven sales performance (any industry), professional appearance, outgoing personality, and prospecting willingness are ideal.
