• Promote safety and cleanliness in the park.
• Strive to meet sales goals and assist with guest services.
• Host birthday parties and events on a day-to-day basis.
• Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts.
• Provide great customer service, be self-motivated and self-disciplined, and work well with a team.

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job and participate in training programs.

Team Leads earn up to $20/hour and have opportunities to earn tips, bonuses, and commissions in addition to regular wages. On-the-job training with opportunities for growth within the park and the company is provided. You can also jump for free anytime you’re off the clock as part of the Get Air fun.
