Store Environment TM (Team Member)

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, ensuring cleanliness and recovery standards align with our Brand Promises.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and return products to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions as specified.
• Deep clean key areas of the store, such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and other high‑traffic areas, to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers, even in difficult situations, in keeping with the organization’s vision and values.
• Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.

• Retail and/or cleaning experience.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• May require assistance for essential functions; contact supervisor for accommodations.
• Public retail store setting; some outdoor work may be assigned.
• Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals.

Store setting; climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; potential outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks; work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
