Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

What you’ll do

Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative product options; ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues; and promote the company’s products and services.

Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following merchandise handling procedures; and reporting unsafe situations.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, assisting with payments, using cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning areas, resolving issues, promoting products, organizing carts, assisting with transport, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in daily operations.

Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
