Member Frontline Cashier

Overview

Member Frontline Cashier  may be the first or last associate our members interact with. You will run registers, support the self-checkout experience, greet members, and help maintain a clean, member-ready area. The pace can be fast, especially evenings, weekends, and during holiday seasons.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety checks; handling and disposing of hazardous materials as required; and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, guiding and supporting self-service technology, processing purchases, assisting with payments, and organizing the area.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily work.

Completes work by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and teammates, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.

• Customer service experience, preferably in retail
• Experience operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash registers)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
