You’ll all work together to engage customers with hospitality in all aspects of their experience at a Sheetz. If our customers are happy, then you will be, too.

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top‑tier customer service.
• Serve high‑quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a team member.
• Ensure product inventory, merchandising, rotation, and availability for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
