• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience required (medical-surgical nursing)
• Travel Experience: Prior travel RN experience required for all positions
• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nursys verification required)
• Certification: BLS (AHA)
• EMR: Cerner experience preferred (EMR / electronic charting)
• Submission Materials: Complete work history (explain gaps over 90 days), skills checklist, and license verification
• COVID/Flu: Approved declinations accepted

• Provide safe, patient-centered, evidence-based care to adult Med/Surg patients during 12-hour night shifts
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and document accurately in the EMR
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and escalate changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care
• Support a teaching hospital environment by precepting students and orienting new hires
• May assume charge responsibilities as needed (training and pay differential provided)
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, quality initiatives, and patient safety standards
• Be flexible and willing to float to other units or sister campuses as required
