CMG Anesthesia Services – Job Description

CMG Anesthesia Services is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to serve at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. The caseload includes Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Peds & OB. • W-2 Rate: $195/hour (includes malpractice insurance)
• Minimum work requirement: 16 hours every 8 weeks
• No call, no nights
• Malpractice coverage
• Care team model with 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
• Flexible shifts: 8‑, 10‑ and 12‑hour options
• Case mix across two hospitals (approximately 4 miles apart)

• Access to Cerner EMR

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple specialties and case types.
• Participate in a 3:1 supervisory model with anesthesiologists.
• Maintain flexibility to cover both Centra Lynchburg General and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospitals.
• Use Cerner EMR for patient documentation.

• Master’s degree and current Virginia licensure (or willingness to transfer).
• Certified by NBCRNA, ACLS, and PALS.
